NextLine Solutions Private Limited ("NextLine", "we", "us", or "our") provides software development services and digital products. Our services include but are not limited to:

By accessing our website (nextlinesolutions.com), engaging our services, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and any other parties who access or use our services.

All client projects follow our four-step process: Discovery, Design, Build, and Launch. Specific project terms, including scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment schedules, are defined in individual project proposals or Statements of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

**Client Projects**: Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for a client project are transferred to the client. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement.

**Our Products**: All intellectual property rights in our products (premium themes, templates, and digital products) remain the exclusive property of NextLine Solutions Private Limited. Users are granted a license to use these products according to their respective license terms.

**Open Source**: Where our work incorporates open-source components, such components remain subject to their original open-source licenses.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical architecture, source code, user data, and any information marked as confidential.

This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties for a period of two (2) years.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We provide post-launch support as part of our service commitment.

However, our services and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific requirement without proper scoping.

We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, APIs, or platforms (including but not limited to Firebase, AWS, Supabase, or AI providers) that are integrated into our solutions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextLine Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For active client engagements, material changes to terms will be communicated directly.
